Ali’s 20+ years of analytical and management experience drives her Sales Operations leadership for CalCom Solar. Her Sales Operations team applies data-driven analysis on every project, from initial development to contract execution and beyond. The team’s sophisticated and efficient processes, plus a relentless focus on our customers’ financial returns, results in accurately sized systems, proposals and contracts that “get it right” the first time, optimized post-solar rate schedules, and lightning-fast turnaround times on utility interconnection applications.
The Sales Ops team’s analytical expertise extends well beyond the traditional Sales process to actual system performance. The team has been instrumental in finding additional savings for CalCom Solar customers after system installation, using proprietary tools to evaluate complex utility net metering bills and advocating on our customers’ behalf when discrepancies are found. In 2016 alone, the team has found over $400,000+ in additional utility savings for our customers, and that total is climbing.
